Q: How quickly can you make it out to my office?
A: Usually within 24 hours. If you are in an emergency situation we will likely make it out the same day.
Q: How much do you charge for service?
A: This depends on the job. However we offer free estimates, so there is no risk.
Q: How much is it for you to come out to the office?
A: Unlike most of our competitors we typically do not charge for travel.
Q: How many different technicians will service my equipment?
A: Only 1 technician will work on your equipment. That technician is the Owner and Operator of the Dental Fix business and will become familiar with your equipment and the history of service performed. Because the technician is the Owner, they aim to be extremely accommodating, develop a strong business relationship with your office, provide dedicated service and add value to your practice.
Q: How long does it take to return my high speed handpieces?
A: Because we fix equipment and high speed handpieces onsite, our turnaround time is the fastest in the industry. In our mobile service center, while parked at your office, we will repair your handpieces and return them immediately with standard manufacturer's warrantees.
Q: Do you sell new equipment?
A: Yes we sell chairs, delivery units, compressors, vacuum pumps, handpieces, and just about anything else you might need. We will make recommendations that make the most sense for your practice and have the least financial impact while providing the most economical return.
